For me, procrastination often happens before exams. If there is still some time before the exam, I do not feel nervous and stressed, and I will not start to study.
Also, I want to get things done in the shortest time, so I usually study for exams at the last minute. And I'm easily distracted, so even when I start studying, it's still very inefficient.
I think setting smaller, simpler goals to make the schedule seem less hard would help.
Or maybe you can create a daily To-Do List.
